We provide debt financing for commercial and residential (non-owner occupied) real estate investments for developers and investors nationwide. We directly originate, underwrite and fund the most of bridge deals. We finance non-confirming deals (mezzanine, equity), through our extensive capital partners.
REAL ESTATE PRIVATE EQUITY – INVESTMENTS
We primarily invest in boutique hotels, where we seek value-add turn-around opportunities in prime locations for conversion to our Easy Inn Hotel Franchise (www.EasyInnHotels.com). We structure/syndicate our investments with accredited investors/equity investors.
CAPITAL MARKETS, and PRE-IPO ADVISORY
We provide capital markets and pre-IPO advisory to the U.S. and global lower and middle market companies. We guide companies in their fundraising, Investor Relations and Business Development for our network of institutional and private investors, BDs/market makers, and portfolio managers.

We assist small and medium U.S. businesses with business loans (SBA and alternative loans) from $50K-$5M for: working capital, factoring, equipment financing, business or franchise purchase, and startup financing for professional businesses.
