Julia (Yuliya) Padey is a Loan Originator at 44 Oak Capital. Julia has been an experienced licensed Real Estate salesperson in New York and New Jersey since 2017, and was recipient of Circle of Excellence Sales Gold and Silver Awards in 2021 and 2021,with sales revenue exceeding $12mln and $8mln respectively. Prior to real estate, Julia has been a Creative Manager at a coffee shop in Boston, MA. Previously, Julia founded and managed an ESL educational school for children and adults in her native country. Julia graduated with a B.A. in Education at Perm State University and a real estate program at Baruch College in New York.

Julia is a professional athlete and runner where she runs in marathons and triathlons in the New York tri-state area. Julia enjoys snowboarding where she creates fresh tracks through the woods, connecting with the serenity of nature. Julia also plays the piano.
