About Me

Frank Muradov is a Chief Executive Officer at 44 OakCapital, a vertically-integrated financial and advisory firm (private debt and equity fund). Before 44 Oak, Frank was a Chief Operating Officer at Park Rock Capital (debt fund) and a Senior Vice President in Investor Relations at Veloce Capital (equity fund). Frank has over 15 years of investment management and operations experience, originated over $3bln+ debt and equity deals. Previously, Frank was a Vice President at AmeriFund (commercial real estate lender); an Asset Manager (GM) at ESA Mngt. (Blackstone); Director of Sales/Investor Relations at SSC (hedge fund). Frank was an Assistant Portfolio Manager at Capital Group, ($50B portfolio in $1.4tln investment management firm) where he covered global real estate companies, REITs, U.S. and Global industrials and banks. Prior, Frank was a Manager of New York Office of Aspect Capital, ($5B London based hedge fund). Previous experiences include, among others: fixed income at GE Capital, global equity research at JP Morgan in New York.

 Frank has been a founder and on the advisory board of the several non-profit and community organizations, like Pace University Lubin School of Business, iGEM, Uzbek Club, Jessie Banks Foundation, Hackensack, New York City, Tarrytown Chambers of Commerce, Uzbek Initiative, and served on a scholarship committee at Rotary Club. Frank also mentors diverse high school students for college admissions and young professionals for careers in real estate finance. Frank serves as an advisor and judge at iGEM (MIT-based global biotech startup competition). Frank also founded a few businesses in real estate tech, retail, fintech, and advisory.

Frank is an avid athlete and former professional table tennis player, where he served as university table tennis captain and coach and competed in U.S. regional and national competitions. Frank studied at TSUE and attended Georgia State University (Atlanta, GA), Columbia University, and Mitchell Hamline Law School. He lives in Montclair, NJ with his wife and three children.
