Managing Director – Small Business Loans

Brian McGuinness is a Managing Director at 44 Oak Capital, where he is leading the Small Business and SBA Lending Division. Brian is a former executive banker with over 40 years of experience in small business lending and banking. Brian was a Vice President at Haven Saving Bank and First Vice President at Berkshire Bank’s acquired 44 Business Capital. Previously, Brian was a Senior Lending Officer at Advanced Financial Federal Credit Union and Chief Lending Officer/SVP at Regal Bank in New Jersey. Prior, Brian developed a small business lending and SBA division at BCB Bank (Bayonne Community Bank) and led lending production and management of Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, NJ and NY offices for First International Bank. Brian started his career as a teller at Provident Savings Bank. Brian received his bachelor’s degree from St. Peters University and MBA from Lexington University.
