Head Loan Originator

Joe is the Head Loan Originator at 44 Oak Capital. Since 2020, Joe has been a Mortgage Loan Officer originating both residential QM & Non-QM loans, handling everything from first-time homebuyers to real estate investors. He is extremely hands on with his clients from start to finish, educating them in the biggest asset purchase of their lives to real estate investments in commercial or residential investment properties. He also has a background in Sales & Construction Engineering specifically Electrical field. He holds multiple certifications across various industries and is licensed to originate loans in NJ, NY, and FL. Joe grew up in Northern NJ and currently resides in Astoria, NY. Outside of work, Joe spends his time with his girlfriend and dog, the gym, traveling, snowboarding, and furthering his expertise and experience to assist his clients as best as possible.
